LANAI SALES SUPERVISOR

Maintain and build strong customer relationships with all key markets and small accounts on a daily/weekly basis to ensure customer’s needs are met. This position must be able to handle any issues that escalate with accounts or respond to any customer inquiries. Assists with establishing goals, objectives, quotas, and analyzing the market to determine sales opportunities and customer needs to grow beverage products across Lana’i. Assist all POS to include inventory and purging of old unusable products. Provide support to all accounts that are properly merchandised and all promotions/programs are executed properly. Assist with all new products are properly arranged by the stores request order, and that all tags are properly assigned in the store.  Completes all orders for accounts on a timely basis. Maintains and tracks all beverage products to ensure the products are fresh, clean, and sales worthy.  Assist with the proper rotation of all products.  Builds displays at key accounts in a safe manner.

Required Education:  High school diploma or GED

                        Required Experience:

Preferred 1 + years of warehouse experience

Preferred 1 + years of merchandising experience

                   ​     Preferred 3 + years of beverage sales

            Licenses or Certificates

                   ​     Clean Driving Record

                   ​     Valid Driver’s License

                   ​     Forklift Certification

                   ​     Electric and Manuel Pallet Jack Certification
