Restaurant Manager - KING STREET (PT/FT, AM/PM Shifts) Annual Salary Range from $45,000 - $88,000
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our esteemed team at our King Street location. This position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities with flexible AM and PM shifts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food service industry and a proven track record of managing and leading a successful team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
- Implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to enhance menu offerings and service quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar managerial role within the food service industry.
