What you’ll do:

  • Cultivate Relationships: Build and nurture strong connections with current Trade Pro Members and their clients, making ProSource their go-to for flooring and cabinets.
  • Drive New Business: Proactively reach out to trade professionals who aren’t yet with ProSource. Show them how partnering with us can elevate their business and membership experience.
  • Understand Needs: Ask insightful questions to grasp your members’ and prospects’ business goals and current projects. Offer tailored solutions that set you apart from the competition.
  • Deliver Excellence: Provide an outstanding customer experience consistently for both trade pros and their clients.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up with industry trends, product innovations, and home remodeling news through our extensive training resources, including online and in-person sessions, and vendor events.
  • Update CRM: Regularly maintain and update our CRM system with accurate information about members and prospects.
  • Achieve Goals: Show urgency and motivation to meet and exceed your targets.
  • Collaborate Effectively: Build strong partnerships with the showroom team to enhance overall performance.
  • Maintain Positivity: Approach your role with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for your work!

You could be a perfect fit if you have:

  • High School Diploma or GED: Your educational background provides a strong foundation.
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills: You excel in delivering top-notch service and presentations.
  • Strong Communication: Both your verbal and written communication skills are top-notch.
  • Relevant Experience: Experience in wholesale sales, flooring, or kitchen & bath is a plus.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a good grasp of technology, including mobile devices, apps, and online searches.
