What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate Appointments: You’ll handle the scheduling of service calls, making sure our skilled technicians get to clients across Honolulu on time.
• Keep Operations Smooth: Monitor daily schedules, adjust on the fly, and ensure every detail falls into place.
• Support Our Technicians: Be the friendly, reliable point of contact for our field team, providing support and quick updates as needed.
• Communicate with Clients: Confirm appointments, keep clients in the loop, and ensure everyone has a great experience from start to finish.
