Job Description

We are looking for a customer service-oriented individual who is eager to assist customers with their rental and sales needs. Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 6:30am-5:00pm | Saturdays as needed 7:00am-12:00pm

Kahului, Maui

Pay

$23 to $25 an hour, Temporary to Hire

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in-store or over the phone.
• Determine rental, sales, and parts needs.
• Upsell related products and promotions.
• Process rental and sales contracts using POS system.
• Provide product information and conduct equipment familiarization.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams.
• Maintain inventory and assist with shipping and receiving.
• Prepare rental forms, contracts, and reservations accurately.
• Ensure equipment is in good working condition for rental or sale.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service and POS system experience.?
• Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
• Strong analytical, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to drive to other branches, job sites, and customer offices.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Valid driver's license.
