We’re Hiring for All Levels and Specialties

• Apprentice Plumbers – Learn the trade from experienced mentors and gain valuable hands-on experience.
• Journeyman Plumbers – Take on leadership roles, mentor apprentices, and work across service, construction, and lining projects.
• Service Plumbers – Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems.
• Lining Technicians – Work with cutting-edge trenchless technology to rehabilitate aging plumbing systems.
• Construction Plumbers – Install plumbing systems in new construction and renovation projects.

Responsibilities

• Work under the supervision of Lead Technicians, Foremen, or Superintendents depending on experience level.
• Assist with or independently complete all phases of plumbing work, including demolition, installation, repairs, and system testing.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, following Maui Plumbing’s Housekeeping Duties and General Practices.
• Participate in ongoing training, including Maui Plumbing’s Apprentice Program and other learning opportunities.
• Perform additional tasks as directed to support project and team success.

Requirements

• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Basic math skills and a desire to learn and grow.
• Experience level requirements vary by role — from no experience required for apprentices to journeyman licensing for higher-level positions.

Education

• High school diploma required.
• Basic typing or computer skills preferred.
