Server - Kona

Kona Brewing Hawaii has an immediate opening for a Part Time Server in Kailua Kona.  This position reports to the General Manager.  

Specific job duties include:

• Support the Company’s Values
• Must have open availability to include Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday
• Do what it takes to deliver the highest quality and value possible to our guests
• Act with honesty, respect and integrity, in the market and with each other
• Greets and serves customers in a friendly, courteous and timely manner
• Follows up on beverage and food orders in a timely manner
• Receives and processes payments
• Assists in keeping pub clean and following sanitation requirements
• Educates guests about the company and our beer
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Responsible for delivering food to customers
• Assists in busing tables
• Adheres to proper hygiene
• Other tasks as assigned
• Attendance is required per company policy
• Server position is a tipped position

  Position requirements:

• Excellent customer service and hospitality skills
• Open availability to include - Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday
• Strong knowledge of beer
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Works well independently and cooperatively in a team environment
• Dependable
• Adaptable, flexible
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
