Maintenance Worker

Seeking experienced Maintenance Worker for Commercial Property in Kihei.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining and repairing physical structures of buildings and grounds
• Perform technical and mechanical work, preventative maintenance, inspections, troubleshoot property issues
• Ability to perform interior/exterior painting, electrical, masonry, lighting, HVAC and plumbing repairs
• Must be able to respond to service calls and follow instructions from supervisor and management
• Ability to operate and maintain various equipment on property
• Develop and maintain cooperative relationships with others including tenants, team members, vendors and other contractors
• Must be able to perform all facility maintenance under minimal supervision
