Maintenance Worker

A commercial property in Kihei is looking for some maintenance help ASAP! The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance projects and tasks independently while maintaining the highest level of customer service for tenants, vendors, customers, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance projects and tasks independently.
• Maintain the highest level of customer service for tenants, vendors, customers and team members.
• Assist with painting, electrical work and plumbing repairs.
• Perform general interior and exterior property maintenance.
• Maintain inventory of all equipment, tools and supplies.
• Report property or safety concerns to Property Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• General construction skills and experience.
• Knowledge and experience in painting, electrical work, plumbing repairs and other general interior and exterior property maintenance.
• Knowledge with air conditioning units a plus but not required.
• Ability to work on your own and take good direction.
• Good problem solving skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
