We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sushi Chef to join our team in the Restaurant & Food Service industry. As a Sushi Chef I, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality sushi dishes while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Responsibilities:
1. Prepare sushi dishes according to recipes and standards.
2. Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients used in sushi preparation.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sushi preparation area.
4. Monitor and manage inventory of sushi ingredients and supplies.
5. Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth food service operations.
6. Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
7. Stay updated on current industry trends and incorporate new techniques into sushi preparation.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or Sushi Cook.
2. In-depth knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and ingredients.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong attention to detail and creativity in sushi presentation.
5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
6. Certification from a culinary school or sushi training program is a plus.
7. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
8. Japanese language proficiency is preferred but not required.
