Khloella's Garden is looking to add members to our team. We are looking for a part time sales associate for our small family owned retail shop located in Lahaina. We are looking for someone with an outgoing personality who will greet customers and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. The candidate will need to assist customers with selecting products, answer questions, and share product knowledge. You will need to be able to create or update customer profile records, process purchases and returns, and alert managment of any potential security issues. * Greet customers warmly and professionally.
* Actively listen to customer needs and preferences to provide personalized recommendations.
* Assist customers with product selection, demonstrations, and answering questions.

* Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
* Sales:
* Achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Promote and upsell products to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
* Stay informed about current promotions, sales, and product knowledge.
* Participate in sales training and development programs.
* Merchandising:
* Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
* Assist with product displays, setups, and restocking.
* Adhere to company visual merchandising standards.
* Teamwork:
* Collaborate effectively with other team members to achieve common goals.
* Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
* Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Previous retail sales experience preferred.
* Strong customer service skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of outdoor furnishings, decor, and gifts is a plus.
