Customer Service Representative

Our client is looking for an organized and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join their team! In this role, you'll efficiently schedule appointments, keep customers and insurers informed, manage parts orders, handle transactions, shuttle vehicles, and consistently provide exceptional customer service. This is a great entry level position for someone who is interested career growth into other roles such as an Auto Damage Appraiser or Parts Manager.

Responsibilities

• Schedule estimate and repair appointments efficiently.
• Update customers and insurance companies via phone, email, and text.
• Assist in ordering and tracking parts.
• Greet customers during drop-off and pick-up.
• Process customer transactions accurately.
• Assist with shuttling vehicles to and from the dealership.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving abstract.
• Previous experience in customer service is required.
• Knowledge of automotive repairs is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
