FROZEN WAREHOUSE LEAD

The Frozen Warehouse Lead position is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the frozen warehouse areas and ensuring that all frozen warehouse products are received and delivered according to quality, safety standards. The frozen warehouse includes the freezer and any and all warehouse spaces where inventory used by the frozen department is stored.  This role involves a shared duty with the Production Lead position to supervise the freezer staff in coordinating workflow to ensure all processes are complete and meet food safety regulations.  This Lead will work closely with the Production Lead to set goals, maintain equipment and ensure optimal use of resources.  

Required Education: High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Education:

Associate degree in food science, or related field.

Bachelor's Degree in Business or Food Manufacturing

LicensesorCertificates:

Forklift and pallet jack certification

Able to load shipments into the trailer and unload a shipment

                   ​           Food Handler Certification

                   ​           Tuberculous Skin Clearance 

                   ​           Completion of Frozen Flex I & II certification

               DOE:  $23 - $31/hour
