Therapeutic Support Staff

Arc of Maui County actively supports programs and services that assure full inclusion and participation in the community throughout life with Residential, Home & Community Based, Adult Day Health and Vocational Services for individuals with disabilities.

We are actively seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dependable applicant to support adults with Special Needs to meet their goals, increase their independence, and improve their quality of life!

Full -Time positions available in residential programs and in the community

(Kahului, Wailuku, Kihei, Lahaina, Napili and Molokai)

Schedules vary dependent on the program area.

Duties include supporting individuals to increase independence in activities of daily living and teaching skills in accordance with individual goals, light housekeeping, cooking, and medication administration in residential programs, transporting individuals into the community for recreation & social activities and medical appointments. Mileage reimbursement for community shifts.

Applicant requirements: Valid Driver's License, High School Diploma or equivalent preferred and experience working with special needs or elderly population preferred. Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test. CPR/FA and TB required upon hire (will assist to obtain). Please email resume or work experience.
